Services
High Caliber Junk Removal provides junk removal, property cleanouts, garage cleanouts, furniture removal, estate and hoarder cleanouts, rental property cleanouts, construction debris removal, and related hauling services.
The exact scope of work for each job is determined based on the items, materials, property conditions, access, labor requirements, and other circumstances associated with the project.
We reserve the right to decline items or materials that we cannot safely, legally, or reasonably remove.
Estimates and Pricing
Pricing may depend on factors such as the amount of material being removed, the space required in our trailer, labor involved, accessibility, weight, disposal requirements, and the type of materials being removed.
Estimates are based on the information available when the estimate is provided. If the actual amount of material, labor required, or job conditions differ substantially from what was originally described, the final price may change.
Any pricing changes will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for identifying the items they want removed and ensuring that they have the legal authority to authorize removal of those items.
Customers should identify any items that are not to be removed before work begins.
High Caliber Junk Removal is not responsible for items removed after the customer has identified or approved them for removal.
Access to the Property
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the property and to the items being removed.
Customers should inform us in advance of circumstances that may affect access or safety, including restricted parking, gated entrances, stairs, elevators, unusually heavy items, hazardous conditions, or other obstacles.
Prohibited and Hazardous Materials
High Caliber Junk Removal does not knowingly remove materials that cannot legally or safely be transported or disposed of through our normal operations.
This may include hazardous chemicals, certain fuels, explosives, medical waste, certain pressurized containers or gas tanks, and other regulated or dangerous materials.
We reserve the right to refuse any item or material that presents a safety, legal, transportation, or disposal concern.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointment times are scheduled based on availability. Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, disposal facility delays, previous jobs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Property Protection
Our crew takes reasonable care while performing removal services. Customers should inform us about fragile surfaces, restricted areas, concealed hazards, or other property conditions that require special attention before work begins.
High Caliber Junk Removal is not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, concealed conditions, or damage resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Disposal and Donation
Items removed from a property may be disposed of, recycled, donated, or otherwise handled at our discretion when appropriate and permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that any particular item will be donated, recycled, resold, or delivered to a specific organization unless we expressly agree to do so in advance.
